Return and Refund Policy for WalkShoes.pk

At WalkShoes.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Returns should be sent to the following address:

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@walkshoes.pk.

We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

For a faster resolution, we recommend:

  1. Return the item you received.
  2. Once your return has been processed, place a new order for the item you wish to receive instead.

Refunds

For eligible returns, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • The item must be unworn and unused.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item was defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@walkshoes.pk.
